My practice converges over how the ideas as ‘objects’, expressed in a certain language, media and scale, gain their status and how that status culturally and psychologically influences our experience.

Furthermore, my work deals with the immediacy of an experience connected with the paradoxical conditions of ‘in-between’, as the simultaneity of that which is apparent and the one who is involved with it. Thus ‘in-between’ becomes a form that transfers and documents interrelations of contexts and its components.

Hence my work is often related to a particular location or context and the bond between the artwork and the ideas, which are embodied in the creation of a public environment of discourse that represents an integral part of the work itself. 

This process utilises an understanding of scale, visual language and use of media; including sculpture, drawing, photography, video, digital processing and text.
